Vietnam (officially the Socialist Republic of Vietnam) is a Southeast Asian country known for its rich history, diverse culture, and rapid economic development. Located on the easternmost coast of the Indochina Peninsula, Vietnam shares borders with China to the north, Laos and Cambodia to the west, and the South China Sea to the east.
